Our batty mascot, Frankie the Flying Fox, invites you to join him for an afternoon of fun in the wind by busting out your bat wings. The Maleny Showgrounds will host the free, kid-friendly Ninth Annual Australasian Bat Night on Saturday, October 14, 2023, starting at 1 p.m. Additionally, you'll get to observe local wildlife up close, have a guided roost tour, watch an outdoor movie, hear from local bat specialists about their expertise, and do a lot more.
