Hi Ladies, Just after advice and experiences regarding returning to work after maternity leave for long term casual employees. I have been at my job as a nurse for 3 years with the same hours and will be going on maternity leave soon.

My manager has had a conversation with me basically telling me I have to go part time or she will cut all my hours when I come back. I was understanding that long term casuals still have a right to leave and to also return to the same position and circumstances as before as it's discrimination to suddenly cut hours due to falling pregnant. If anyone can give any advice or experience that would be great! Struggling to find information in Fair Work and HR is very unhelpful. Thanks so much, I'm so stressed!!
