I don't want her or her family to hate me!

Hi ladies, I don't know where else to ask for help. Basically someone really close to me is 11 weeks pregnant. She's 15 years old and her boyfriend/baby daddy is very abusive and controlling. He has a whole list of mental health problems as well as autism. He's very violent towards his own mother and mentally/verbally abusive to this girl. I have so many concerns for this poor girl... the boyfriend is one. Another is that she can't even look after herself let alone a baby. Her head is riddled with lice, she doesn't attend school because she's "too mentally unstable (only since being with the boyfriend) or because she simply just doesn't feel like it and the environment that she's living in is beyond unhealthy. Child safety has removed herself and her brothers from this place on several occasions when they were younger.. and now she wants to bring a baby into it. Basically what I want to know is, if I report her situation to child safety, is there anything they can do? Can they remove her from the sickly environment that nearly killed me when I was pregnant? More importantly, can they help this poor baby if she decides to keep it? How do I go about it? She has no other family she could live with and the boyfriend simply isn't an option as he's moving 8 hours away and as mentioned above, is abusive. Please help, I really don't know what to do. I don't want her or her family to hate me but I need to do something.. I can't sit back and watch her go through the same hell that I did.
